Who we are
Birch Advisory Services International brings business advice and coaching to entrepreneurs, business leaders and nonprofit executives within small to medium size organizations. Our advice and services span from strategic and operational improvement plans to grow the bottom line, to strengthening the effective leadership of experienced professionals to establishing and facilitating advisory boards and executive round tables. Kim’s experience as a corporate executive in a Fortune 1000 company and as the executive director of a $1.5 million nonprofit enables her to deliver objective insight with a passionate commitment to the success of all clients across a broad array of industries and sectors.
What we do
